Second Annual BSA Monopoly Tournament

Official Tournament to Benefit Ventura County Council BSA Endowment Fund & Scholarships for Disadvantaged Scouts 15 and younger $35 16 and older $45 Corporate Team of 4 $125 $5 discount for Scouts and Scouters Fees include Tournament T-Shirt and Lunch Free Raffle Ticket included with each fee paid Silent Auction during tournament   *for every $150.00 in sponsorship money obtained participants can earn a free entry into the tournament   When: Saturday, June 28, 2008 Registration Time: 8:00 AM Where: St. Paschal Baylon Church - 155 E. The tournament is an officially sanctioned tournament and the winner is eligible for qualification to compete in the California State tournament. The tournament itself will consist of two (2) ninety minute games. The total assets in each game of each player will be combined together. The top 6 players will battle it out for the championship and the winner’s name will be forwarded to Hasbro for eligibility to compete in the State Championship tournament.

Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2008.

The tournament will be conducted at St. Paschal Baylon Church, 155 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. (Google Maps)

A silent auction will take place during the day with wonderful items up for bid. During breaks a raffle will take place. Each player will receive one free raffle ticket with their entry.

Food will be available on site before and during the tournament.

Every participant will receive a free Monopoly Tournament Tee Shirt with pre-registration payment.

Costs: Entry fees are $35.00 per person age 15 and younger or $45 for age 16 and older (adult fee). All Scouts and Scouters will be eligible for a $5.00 discount on entry fees. Corporate Teams of four players may enter for a total fee of $125.00 per team and individual team players also will qualify for Championship Game. A winner's trophy or plaque will be awarded at the conclusion of tournament play.
